Add Seller total due earning

These options let you decide when to add to a seller's total earnings. You can update the amount based on different triggers: after an order is placed, once it’s paid, when it’s delivered, or after the refund period ends. This flexibility allows you to manage seller payments according to your marketplace policies and improves your payment processing strategy.

To select options for adding to a seller's total due earnings, go to the Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel, then navigate to Configuration > Payment Configuration, and choose from the available options.

Note: If you want to add the seller’s total due earnings after the refund period, be sure to activate the “Enable Cashable Amount for Sellers” option in the “Order Configuration” menu.
