This feature enables sellers to send feedback notifications directly to customers.

Once enabled, you can select the order events from the dropdown menu that will trigger feedback notifications, such as at the time of fulfillment or delivery.

Additionally, you will need to specify the number of days after which the feedback notification will be sent.

Steps to Enable:

  1. Go to the Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Order Configuration.
  3. Enable  “Allow Seller to Send Feedback Notification to customer” settings.
