In the Multi-vendor app, AMAZON-S3 credential for Digital Product option lets you choose which Amazon S3 credentials will be used for storing digital products. The three choices are:

App S3 – Uses the admin’s Amazon S3 credentials.
Merchant S3 – Allows sellers to use their own Amazon S3 credentials.
Box – Enables the use of a third-party storage service (Box) instead of Amazon S3.

If you want complete control over storage, choose App S3. If you prefer sellers to manage their own storage, go with Merchant S3.
